The cause may be the outlet and cable, a fuse, power board, mainboard or firmware. Input voltage, standby rail and power-on signal are measured to isolate the failed section.
If the set clicks repeatedly, disconnect it from mains power. Power rails should be tested under load instead of replacing the first visibly suspect component.
